The 2024 inspection found that a substantial amount of asbestos-containing materials have been removed since 2010. <\/p>\n

However, the at-height exterior areas consisting of sheeting and cover strips are the same in appearance to the Luck building that were found to contain asbestos. <\/p>\n

Additionally, there is asbestos cement sheeting in a storeroom on the ground floor (refer to the below for details).<\/p>\n

Asbestos sheeting is located under the stairs on the ground level, southern elevation of the building. <\/p>\n
