Based on a thorough visual inspection, there is no sign of asbestos-cement sheeting above the plaster ceiling tiles in the toilet area at the southern end of the ground floor<\/strong> (level one) of Luck House. To reaffirm this finding, please review the provided photograph depicting the condition of the ceiling tiles both below and within the surrounding ceiling space.<\/div>\r\n

Based on a thorough visual inspection there is possibility of asbestos-cement sheeting behind the tin cladding of external walls on level two of Luck House.  The inspection of the wall cavity from the outside requires the services of a licensed asbestos removalist (LARC) to remove the tin cladding for inspection purposes. <\/div>\r\n
