2024 Inspection of Jackson House , Car Park, and South Open Area

Two of the samples included, the car park form sheeting identified by maintenance manager. Approx. quantify is 45m linear meters, about 250 mm width, and a thickness of about 12mm, and a sample from the concrete pipe of about 100mm diameter and 2m length as it disappears under the landscaped area. Pipe is in an open area south of schoolSamples sent to COHLABS.

Cement sheeting was used as form work to build the car park as seen from a south east elevation close-up.   Maintenance request for sampling.  Sample taken and result was No Asbestos Detected.
