Saturday 04/05/2025 Inspection of Paterson House

Assessor L. Lyons inspected and verified the removal of a significant quantity of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), as recorded in Paterson House’s 2010 Asbestos Register.

The remaining ACMs consist of bonded (non-friable) asbestos cement sheeting on the walls and ceilings of the first-floor veranda on the building’s eastern side. These materials are in fair condition and have been appropriately marked with several asbestos warning stickers.
